I wish I took the leap earlier. I was in two minds about getting some help around my son’s sleep and I waited far too long! 6 months. I was waking every hour if not sooner for months. Gentle sleep nanny helped me understand my sons wake windows better nap timings and routine. He is sleeping better in the day and night. THANK YOU. we had difficulties with our little one sleeping from birth. we spoke with Misha quite early on who gave us some good pointers to help manage the situation up to the point where she was ready for training. when our little one was a bit older & able to be trained we embarked on a 2 week training program to help her sleep regularly & most importantly, in her cot. at the end of the first week she was dummyless (at 7 months) & on a schedule we had made some progress independently, but Misha's help took it to the next level. Misha's help was invaluable & she was always for any qs / pointers

Getting in touch with Misha was the best decisions we've ever made as a family! We were waking up every 2/3 hours at 9 months old for a feed or cuddle, and contact/moving naps during the day and it was just too much for us, no respite, especially with an older sibling, work and so on. Within 2 weeks we are on a complete different journey; Nico is sleeping through the night with no feeds and having long cot naps during the day! We wouldn't have been able to do it without Misha, we were too exhausted! Misha is so supportive, always on hand with answers/ solutions, positive and encouraging - we'll forever be grateful! Misha is a miracle worker!! We went from our 8m old waking every 1/2 hrs and feeding back to sleep or waking our 3yr old(!) to her sleeping through the night (7-7) in 3 days! Misha gave a clear, logical plan and was lovely to work with! :)

Misha has transformed our lives! A few weeks ago we had a 7month old who had spent weeks co-sleeping in our bed, waking every 1.5-2 hours and being fed back to sleep. He didn't have a clue how to self settle. Now we have such a happy little boy, who naps and sleep in his own room, usually goes down with minimal fuss, and often sleeps through the night (if not waking for only one quick feed). Not only did Misha solve our sleep issues within a couple of days, she helped us navigate through separation anxiety, teething, a cold, travel including nights away from home, and the transition from 3 naps to 2 - all with minimal disruption to sleep. Worth every penny! Misha solved our sleep issues in 2 weeks. Our 6 month old twins were only napping 30 mins at a time, and waking every 2 hours overnight. After a couple of days they were doing longer naps, and by the end of 2 weeks they were down to 1 wake each for a quick night feed. I feel like I already know quite a lot about baby sleep but having Misha's expertise and support for every niche situation was invaluable!

Our two twin boys (18 weeks corrected) were struggling a lot at night with their sleep and had multiple awakenings. We had to intervene constantly with rocking, patting and offering feeds/dummies. None of which worked! My wife and I were at a breaking point and we were desperate for a so called “game changer”. We decided to reach out to Misha for some guidance and advise. And boy did she work miracles! Our boys are now sleeping much longer stretches and only require a single feed at around 3 am. My wife and I can now enjoy some much needed sleep at night and we can even have our evenings back to read a book or watch a TV show. Misha was the game changer we were searching for! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I decided to have a consultation with Misha when myself and my partner were at breaking point with our 2 year old twins. They were up for hours in the night and sometimes we were getting around 2 hours sleep which was obviously putting strain on them and us. Misha came in like a blanket and guided us step by step. Nothing was too much and no question too silly. She educated me so that I would know in the future why they wake and what I can do to prevent it. This in turn allowed me to have so much more patience with the twins. I really don’t know where we would be without Misha and helping us get our life and sleep back on track. Thank you Misha❤️

It's taken me a while to write this review because, honestly, I get emotional about the impact Misha's guidance has had on our family. When we started working with her, our twins were 7 months old and I was getting, on average, 90 minutes of sleep in a 24 hour period- they were on opposite schedules because, over time, I had gotten too exhausted to manage both at once and things spiralled and got to that point. They woke every half hour during the day and every 90 mins overnight. Misha was patient and kind, but firm with me, she had absolute conviction in her plans and tailored a plan to one twin who was particularly resistant to sleeping solo (or at all!). She changed the plan for him after week 1 when I told her that plan A just wasn't working for him- she listened to me at every stage and came up with a plan to allow me to continue to breastfeed as well. I tell everyone, it is the best money I ever spent. The twins are happier now that they are better rested and we can enjoy them more now- we focus on playtime and cuddles rather than spending full days preoccupied with sleep! Thank you Misha, highly recommended!

After struggling to get our twins sleeping through the night and having naps longer than 30 minutes during the day, we searched for a sleep consultant and settled on Misha. The fact that she has twins herself meant that we felt she would better understand our struggles and be able to come up with ideas/suggestions of how to overcome them. Misha was amazing from the start; after analysing their sleep patterns for a few days, she was able to make some adjustments that helped them connect their sleep cycles to elongate their naps and we had our first nights of them sleeping through! As we opted for the two week package, Misha was on hand from the morning until the evening, answering any questions we had, or even offering some reassurance when we weren’t sure if we were doing the right thing. She was extremely patient and was always happy to help/answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend her to anyone is struggling with any sleep issues - it is worth reaching out and getting the help!
